Jason Lynn Hicks

Jason Lynn Hicks, age 44 of Callaway, passed away Thursday, June 23, 2022. He was born January 9, 1978. Jason was preceded in death by his father, Richard Hicks; step-father, Gary Guthrie; paternal grandparents, Wilfred and Ruby Hicks; and maternal grandfather, Kenneth Huffman. He leaves behind his new wife, Lisa Hicks of the home; his loving children, Tanner (Alexis), Kenny (Kayleigh), Brianna, Daisha, and Robert (Jessica); special step-children, Chelsea, Jacob, James, and Katie; grandchildren, Marlee, Waylon, Skyler, Liam, and Pasley; mother, Betty Lou Guthrie; brothers and sisters, Doug (Kim), Greg (Tiffany), Shawna (Tyrece), Regina (Tyler), Brad (Stephanie), Amanda (Trevor), and Belinda (Brandon); grandmother, Esther Huffman; and step-mother, Pam Hicks. A graveside service will be held at the Yopp Family Cemetery, 2:00 p.m. Sunday, June 26, 2022 with William Cooner officiating. His family will receive friends from 5-7 p.m. Saturday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
