J.C. Martin

J.C. Martin, age 86 of Snow Creek passed away Saturday, April 14, 2012. He was a devoted member of Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren and a U.S. Navy Veteran of World War II. Surviving are his wife, Dorothy Bernard Martin; daughter, Barbara France (Mike); sons, Earl Martin, Johnny Martin (Donna Essig); grandchildren, James France and Kayla France; sister, Lois Smith; many nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren 11 a.m. Monday with Rev. Mike Gallimore officiating. Interment will follow in the Turner Family Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a charity of choice. His family will receive friends 3-6 p.m. Sunday at Boones Chapel Church.
