Jean Woody

Audrey Jean Woody, age 75 of Rocky Mount passed away Monday, October 2, 2023. She was preceded in death by her parents, George Dalton and Ada Clark Hodges; her sister, Linda Sharon Hodges; sister-in-law, Carol Ann Cannady; brothers-in-law, Buddy Woody and James Woody and a nephew, Greg Woody. Surviving Jean is her husband, Donald Nelson Woody; son, Donald Anthony Woody; grandson, Adam Tyler Woody; sister, Donna Hodges; nephews and nieces, Dwight, Shawn, Melissa, Jamie, Kim and Karen; brother-in-law, Larry Woody (Cathy); sisters-in-law, Carolyn Woody and Judy Young. A graveside service will be held at Mountain View Memorial Park, 12 noon Thursday, October 5, 2023 with Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating. Her family will receive friends from 10:30-11:30 a.m. Thursday at Flora Funeral Service prior to the service. Jean’s family would like to express special thanks to Gentiva Hospice for the care that was provided especially to Candy, Nicole and Jennifer.
