Jeanette Gravely Peters

Jeannette Gravely Peters, 83, passed away Wednesday, February 2, 2017 at Magnolia Gardens, Southern Pines. Memorial services were held Saturday, February 4th at Boles Funeral Home of Southern Pines and 2 p.m. Sunday, February 5th at Flora Funeral Home of Rocky Mount. A Celebration of Life service will be hosted by her children this upcoming spring/summer. Jeannette was born July 23, 1933 in Rocky Mount, VA to the late Lena Law and Aaron Gravely. She was a proud mother of two, grandmother, loving wife and a successful realtor serving the Pinehurst community for many years. She is remembered for her grace, character and above all her willingness to do for others. She will be greatly missed by all that knew her. She is survived by her husband of 64 years, Dennis Isaac Peters of the home; son Steve; daughter Stephanie; grandson Garrett Peters; granddaughter Jessica Peters.
