Jerry Lee Martin

Jerry Lee Martin, age 73 of Henry died Tuesday, July 20, 2021. He was preceded in death by his wife, Linda Martin; mother, Betsy Altizer Martin; brothers, John Martin and David Martin; and sister, Leslie Taylor. Surviving are his daughter, Teresa Millerd (Larry); sons, Bill Martin, Jerry Martin; grandchildren, Tim Martin, Stephanie Harris, Jayben Martin, Kaleb Farrell, Alexis Millerd; great-grandchildren, Adrianna Sawyers (Riley), Zayden Harris; great-great-grandchildren, Kendra Sawyers and Elijah Sawyers; brothers and sister, Tommy Martin (Sarah), Dean Martin, Kim Boone (David); brother-in-law, Chuck Taylor; numerous nieces, nephews, other family and friends. A memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Chapel with Mr. Edgar Freeman officiating. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
