Jessie D. Hairfield

Jessie Winifred David Hairfield (Kink), 78 years old of Ferrum, VA passed away Thursday, October 05, 2017. She was born January 19, 1939 in Union Hall, VA. She was the daughter of the late Lester Thomas and Ethel Lena Ellis David. She retired from MW Windows with many years of service. Also was preceded in death by husband, Posey Randolph Hairfield; brother, George T. David, Sr.; and niece, Vickie L. David. She is survived by sister-in-law, Ruth H. David; brother-in-law, Lawrence Hairfield; nephews, George T. David, Jr. (Sarah), Frankie L. David (Denise); nieces, Bonnie D. Brooks (Perry), Jeannie D. Brown and Lisa D. Mitchell (Crosstie); a number of great-nieces and nephews; great-great-nieces and nephews; special friends, Rick and Debbie Frye; and many other friends. Graveside services will be conducted 2 p.m. Saturday at Franklin Memorial Park with Pastor Bud Nichols Officiating. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
