Joan E. Ingram

Joan E. Ingram, age 69 of Wirtz passed away Wednesday, July 11, 2012. She was a member of Halesford Baptist Church. Born August 6, 1942 a daughter of the late Henry W. and Lottie B. Ingram, she was also preceded in death by her son, Gregory W. Storie; brother, Henry D. Ingram; and granddaughter, Kaycie Storie. Surviving are her children, Mark Storie, Charles Wilson, Michelle Hamilton; eight grandchildren; sister, Ida Rose; brother, David Ingram; sister-in-law, Bonnie Ingram; aunt, Lucy Wilson; several nieces, nephews and cousins. Graveside services will be conducted from Old Liberty Cemetery 11 a.m. Saturday with Pastor Melvin Harris officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Halesford Baptist Church. Her family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
