Joan Marie Quinn

Joan Marie Quinn, age 84 of Wirtz passed away Sunday, November 14, 2021. She was born October 16, 1937 a daughter of the late Ben and Kate Robertson; also preceded in death by her son, Randy Dalton; daughter, Shawn Gann; sister, Carol Barker. Surviving is her husband Ivin F. Quinn; children, Coleman Dalton, Sandra Webster (David) and Ricky Quinn (Robin); brothers, David Robertson and Jimmy Robertson; grandchildren, Amy Johnson, Jennifer Renick, Chad Quinn (Missy), Aubrey Hasler (Aaron), Jessica Smith (Justin), Amanda Simons (Kyle), Chris Dalton (Pearl) and Cheryl Dalton, Drew Gann (Samantha); 14 great-grandchildren. Joan loved her life at the lake, enjoying her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. She loved her church family (Mt Ivy Christian Church) and especially her involvement in the card ministry.

Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 2:00 p.m. Thursday, November 18, 2021 with Steve Pasley, Minister officiating. Interment will follow at Maple Grove Cemetery. Her family will receive friends beginning at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 18, 2021 at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
