John Shannon Aliff, age 37 of Rocky Mount died Monday, August 11, 2008 at his home.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Raymond and Nola Lowe; his great-grandmother, Anna Ruth Deel; and his uncle, Darrell Lowe.
John is survived by his daughter, Brianna Aliff; mother and father, Brenda and Rick Vaden; sister and brother-in-law, Michelle and Joey Hall; niece and nephew, Courtney and Aiden Hall; fiancé, Li-Li; his special children, Anthony, Bianca and Veida; stepbrother, Jarret Vaden.
He is also survived by a host of other family members and friends.
Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2008 with Pastor Ronald Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends Wednesday from 6 to 8 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
