John William Castle, Jr., age 87 of Moneta and former resident of Staten Island, NY died Thursday, March 26, 2015. He retired after 40 years of service with Chase Manhattan Bank. He was also a devout Catholic and enjoyed gardening. Surviving are his sister, Irene Gonigal; nephew, Brian Gonigal; and cousin, Stanley Yoncak. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
