Joyce Ann Moody

Joyce Ann Hodges Moody, 64, of Statesville, NC and formerly of Rocky Mount passed away Thursday, September 2, 2010 surrounded by her family. She was born July 6, 1946, a daughter of the late T. Nelson and Gladys Shoemaker Hodges. She was also preceded in death by her husband, A. Moody; brother, William Hodges; sister, Linda Hodges; step-son, Marvin A. Moody. Surviving are her sister and brother-in-law, Gerry and Allen Hodges; brother, Jackie Hodges; step-son, Jimmy Ray Moody and wife Brenda; two grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a number of nieces, nephews, other family members and special friends. Graveside service will be conducted from Franklin Memorial Park 3:00 PM Sunday with Rev. Dan Agee officiating. Her family will receive friends from 12:30- 2:30 Sunday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
