Joyce Elaine Swanson Kinsey

Joyce Elaine Swanson Kinsey, age 80 of Boones Mill died November 22, 2012. She was preceded in death by her husband Wilson Henry Kinsey, parents Claude A. and Lily (Scott) Swanson, brother Dalton E. Swanson. Surviving are sons Gwynn Lee Kinsey; Wilson Henry Kinsey II (Brinda Dillon): daughter Linda Gayle (Kinsey) Floyd and brother Lewis Carlton Swanson, grandchildren; Zachariah Wilson Sizer (Monica); Tracy Cristina Kinsey, Wilson Henry Kinsey III; Brandi Nicole Loving; Dakota Austin Mangum, Logan Matthew Floyd; Kane Anthony Braley, Emma Lauren Braley and MacKenzie Leigh Anne Ambrose; great granddaughter Olivia Sizer; foster children: Ray Anthony Braley and Tonya Levisohn and many more; honorary daughter Lora Dillon Manning. Special thanks to Dr. George Chaconas, Dr. John Burch, Dr. Mark Schmidt and Kathy Kinsey for all the care and dedication they have shown with her Parkinsons disease. Also Amedisys Home Health and Amedisys Hospice Services for their loving care. Funeral services will be conducted 2:00 p.m. Monday at Flora Funeral Chapel with Pastor Robert Miller officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
