Joyce Marie Wermann, age 79 of Boones Mill, Va. Died Wednesday, January 9, 2013. Mom’s last wish was to go home and she did. She was preceded in death by her parents, Kenneth and Pearl DePue; brother, Kenneth DePue; and sister, Nancy Palus. Surviving are her brother, Bronson DePue; 11 children; 41 grandchildren; 38 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. There will be no services. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
