Joyce May Wilburn

Joyce May Wilburn on Monday September 6, 2010 was reunited with her husband Preston in Heaven. She was also preceded in death by her parents, Jacob and Eva LaPrade; Mama Etta Pack; her loving husband Preston J. Wilburn; brother, J.W. LaPrade; sisters, Mary Ann St. Clair and Melva Surface. Survivors include daughters, Debra Yopp (Jody Edwards), Wanda Wilburn, Joy Jones (Bandy Johnson), Lois Hall (Michael); son, Ernie Wilburn (Vera); grandchildren, Ernest Yopp(Karen), Ginger Martin, Tony Martin(Angela), Larry Jones(Jana), Brandon Jones, Dusty Jones, Jessica Wilburn, Austin Songer and Preston D. Wilburn; great-grandchildren, Anthony Martin, Destiny Martin, Tony Martin, Jr., Johannah Jones and Kadien Wolking; one brother, Billy Bob LaPrade (Linda); special friends, Bob Wilburn(Pam), Mary Nichol Hubbard and Frances Young. Special thank you to Dr. Inhorn, Andi Pollard and Carilion Hospice of Franklin County (Sherri McPeak). In lieu of flowers donations may be to The American Lung / Cancer Society. Private Graveside memorial services will be held at Franklin Memorial Park where Preston and Joyce will be laid to rest together with services conducted by Chaplain Rick Poland.
