Jr. Minnix

Herman Foster Minnix, Jr. (JR.) age 49 of 1405 Doe Run Road, Rocky Mount, VA, went to be with Jesus on September 27, 2018. He was born on August 5, 1969. He is survived by his wife Linda, of the home and his children: Ben Minnix, Savannah Minnix, Alex Brown, Amarissa Stennis, Jordan Stennis, Kylah Allery, Virginia Allery, and Chris Barnwell. He is also survived by his sister: Faye (Mike) Pruitt, three brothers: Carl (Lin) Minnix, Bobby (Debbie) Minnix, and Billy Minnix as well as many nieces, nephews and other relatives. Including his long time friend, Danny Bower. A memorial service to celebrate JR's life will be held at Faith Fellowship Church on Thursday, October 4th at 3 p.m. It is located on Route 220 beside Plateau Plaza. Friends and Family are invited to come at 2 p.m. for fellowship with the family before the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to assist with final expenses.
