Judy U. Clingenpeel

Judy U. Clingenpeel, 56 of Ferrum passed away Sunday, March 31, 2013. She was preceded in death by her parents, S. Basil and Eva Boyd Underwood; son, B.J. Clingenpeel; and brother, Arnold Underwood. Surviving are her husband, Jack Clingenpeel; sister, Jennette Ratliff; brothers, Danny Underwood and Mike Underwood; step-children, Gloria Akers and Susie Crump; many nieces and nephews including Trish, Kaden and Makayla; and her dog, Junior. Judy was a member of the Rocky Mount Church of God. Funeral services will be conducted at Rocky Mount Church of God 11:00 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2013 with Pastor Travis Gore officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to The Bridge 2, Inc., 785 Fork Mountain Road, Bassett, Virginia 24055.
