Julia "Judy" Frith Parcell

Julia “Judy” Frith Parcell of Rocky Mount passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on Monday, August 30 ^th , 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Cecil & Catherine Frith; and a brother, William Frith. Left to cherish her memory is her high school sweetheart and husband of 61 years, Johnny; children, Sara (Kevin) Weterrings, Todd (Penny) Parcell and Debra (Jeff) Little; five grandchildren, Jonathan Parcell, Tyler Weterrings, Mackenzie Parcell, Clayton Weterrings, and Cole Little. Also surviving is a sister-in-law, Penny Frith of Pass Christian, MS; and numerous nieces and nephews. A memorial service will be conducted at a later date. The family will receive visitors at the Parcell residence this week. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
