Julia Kingery Neathawk, age 77 of Hardy died Friday, November 23, 2007.
She was born October 26, 1930 a daughter of the late William Ellis and Mabel Grace Basham Kingery, and was a member of Nineveh Church of the Brethren. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 53 years, Richard A. Neathawk on November 21, 2003.
Surviving are her daughters and sons-in-law, Ann N. and Randy Furrow, Goode, Debbie N. and Gary Granger, Salem and Karen Neathawk, Hardy; one grandson, Brad Granger, Salem; brother, Dan Kingery; sister, Helen Green, Rocky Mount; numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Monday with Pastor Rick Poland officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.
Her daughters send their love and thanks to Helen Green (our Aunt Heidi) and Good Samaritan Hospice for their tender loving care over these last six months.
Her family will be receiving friends from 4 to 7 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
