June Hodges Crook

June Hodges Crook, age 76, of Rocky Mount, passed away on Tuesday May 20, 2008. She was predeceased by her husband William H. “Uncle Billy” Crook; sisters, Nell Mitchell, Easter Haynes, Ollie Mae Plyler, Shirley Ann Law; and Brothers Jack Hodges, Buford “Boots” Hodges, Newton Hodges, Sr.. Joseph E. Hodges. She is survived by one sister, Beatrice Duncan of Columbus Ga, sister-in-law Dot Hodges, Roanoke, Va.; several nieces and nephews, with special thanks to nephew John R. Crook and wife Judy, who took care of June’s needs during her last months. After cremation, June will be laid to rest at Franklin Memorial Park. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount.
