Katelyn Wall

Katelyn Wall came into this world on May 7. 2004. She was a member of White Oak Worship, where she participated in the Children's Choir and Stars Youth Program. She was homeschooled. She loved swimming, picking flowers, and going to pick grapes in the backyard, when they were in season. She really enjoyed eating hot spicy food and vegetables. She especially enjoyed nature and animals, always trying to rescue and save those that needed her. Her passion was drawing and designing clothes on the computer. Her favorite colors were blue, green, and purple. She was a great big sister to Victoria, playing with her, sharing many childhood adventures and braiding Victoria's hair. Katelyn passed from this world on Thursday, October 1, 2015 at her home. Katelyn will be great, missed by her mother, Angie Wall; her father, John Wall; younger sister, Victoria; her grandparents, Larry and Rebecca Wall of Danville, Va., Robert and Joyce Patrick of Halifax. Va., and Wayne and Barbara Keatts of South Boston, Va. will also miss her. Katelyn's uncle and aunt, Wayne and Linda Keatts; and cousin, Drew Keatts of Dallas, Texas will also miss Katelyn. The family will visit with relatives and friends at the memorial service scheduled for Sunday, October 4, 2015 at 4 p.m. at White Oak Worship with Pastor Roger Ewing officiating. In lieu of flowers, the family is asking for donations to help cover expenses. Donations may be sent to White Oak Worship with Katelyn's name in the memo.
