Katherine Ann Thierry

Katherine Ann Prillaman Thierry, age 68 of Boones Mill died Thursday, August 11, 2011. She was retired from Carilion Health System after many years service. She was born April 3, 1943 a daughter of the late Roy Alton and Annie Webb Prillaman. Surviving are her husband, Jackson Thierry; son, Brian Lee Thierry; daughter, Aimee Sue Thierry; precious grandson, Dylan Valo Edwards; brothers and sisters-in-law, Frank and Sylvia Prillaman, Mark and Peggy Prillaman; sister-in-law, Ann Kelley; many nieces and nephews; and special friends, Regina Crumpler, Johnny Edwards, Ann Williams, Archie and Mickey Cooksey. Special thanks to Allison Hendrick, and Jerry and Kathy Dillon for their care and concern of Katherine. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Monday with Dr. Roger Graves officiating. Interment will follow in the Prillaman Family Cemetery. Her family will receive friends 5-8 p.m. Sunday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
