Kenny "Runt" Hunt

Kenny “Runt” Hunt, age 71 of Rocky Mount passed away Thursday, June 30, 2022. He was born August 30, 1950, son of the late Oliver and Helen Hunt; also preceded in death by his brother, Wayne; two sisters, Patsy and Janet; special friend, Billy Davis. Surviving to cherish his memory are two sons Josh Hunt (June) and Charles Hunt; grandchildren Lil Charlie, Abby and Isaiah (“2 Knuckle heads”); brothers, David Hunt (Kathy) and Ardie “Butch” Hunt (Darlene); sisters Betty Johnson (Dennis) and Nelda Hopkins; special friends, Ronald Blankenship, Squirlly Shirley Hodges, David Lynch, “The Hunting Cabin Gang”, MacArthur McGhee; number of nieces and nephews. The family would like a send special thanks to his daughter-in-law, June Hunt and Eva for the love and concern they gave too Kenny. Memorial services will be held at Henry Fork Church, 6:00 p.m. Friday, July 8, 2022. His family will receive friends beginning at 5 pm at the church, Friday, July 8, 2022.
