Kimberly Roop Clemons

Kimberly Roop Clemons, age 53 of Boones Mill, passed away on Sunday, February 10, 2019. Kim is survived by her husband, Andy Clemons; son, Bryce Bessell; parents, Kitty Westmoreland and Gary Roop; sisters and brothers, numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. Kim also leaves many devoted friends and cherished pets. Kim loved sitting in a deer stand in the early hours of a fall morning, enjoying the beauty of a spring day on the back of a Harley and cherished a quiet winter evening bundled under blankets and her dogs. Her kindness and devotion are legendary among her family and friends. Kim spent many years working with her family at AAA Trophies and was most recently employed by National Optical. A memorial service will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel, 2:00 p.m. Saturday, February 16, 2019. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In honor of her love of animals, those who wish may make a donation to Angels of Assisi in Kim’s honor.
