Larry Wayne Huffman

Larry Wayne Huffman, age 57 of Boones Mill died Wednesday, January 9, 2013. He was born March 13, 1955 and was preceded in death by his father, Kenneth R. Huffman; son, Derrick Huffman; brother, Robert “J.R.” Huffman. Surviving are his wife, Nina Jo Huffman; mother, Esther F. Huffman; son, Brian Huffman; sisters, Shirley and Butch Cooner, Linda and Allen Wainwright, Betty and Gary Guthrie; three stepchildren; five step-grandchildren; three grandchildren; brothers-in-law, Mike and Anita Hale, Peanut and Wilbur Jewel, John and Pat Hale; sister-in-law, Karen Huffman; very special friend, Doug and Candy McPeak. Larry was employed for 17 years at McNeil Paving Co. Graveside service will be conducted from the Yopp Family Cemetery 2 p.m. Saturday with Rev. James Jordon officiating. His family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the cemetery. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
