Larry Wade Reynolds

Larry (Chub) Wade Reynolds, age 73 of Penhook, passed away Sunday May 21, 2017 in Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital surrounded by his loving family. He was born November 1, 1943, to the late Raymond and Erma Reynolds. He was preceded in death by his loving son, Brian W. Reynolds, sister, Irna Gale Wilson, father-in-law, James A. Parcell and mother-in-law, Juanita Riddle. He is survived by his devoted wife of 46 years Diane Reynolds; loving daughter and son-in-law, Angela and Chad Davis; special granddaughter, Aleah Davis; special grandson, Kyle Davis; brother and sister-in-law, Gary and Barbara Reynolds; sisters, Drucille Cassell, Joe Ann Belcher, Barbara Renick, Carolyn Bowles, Deborah Walker and Cindy Otey; brother-in-law, Mike Parcell; a number of nieces and nephews. He attended Franklin County High School. Larry was a long-haul truck driver for over 50 years. He was a member of Forrest Hill Christian Church. His family will receive friends from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday May 23, 2017 at Flora Funeral Service. Funeral services will be held 3:00 p.m. Wednesday May 24, 2017 at Forrest Hill Christian Church with Wayne Keith, Minister and Lee Ashley, Minister officiating.
