Larry Wayne Southall, age 56 of Rocky Mount, surrounded by his family went to be with the Lord on Sunday, August 12, 2007. He fought a long, courageous battle with pancreatic cancer.
Larry was a co-founder of Franklin Ready Mix Concrete, owner of Southall Concrete Forming and Crane Service and was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his father, Albert Southall and his sister, Debra Southall.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife of 30 years, Betty Southall; daughter, Shanna Southall; mother, Era Southall; sister, Pam Southall; special mother-in-law, Virginia Meeks; sister-in-law, Kathy Bolen; brother-in-law, Robert English; uncle, Paul and Catherlene Holland and special aunts, Dove Woody and Jean Lynch; nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be conducted from Ebenezer Baptist Church 11 a.m. Wednesday with Dr. Billy Shively officiating. Burial will follow in Franklin Memorial Park.

Friends may call after 3 p.m. Tuesday with his family receiving friends from 6-9 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
