Lee A. Mccrickard

Lee Addison McCrickard, age 68 of Snow Creek passed away Wednesday, January 8, 2014. He was preceded in death by his parents, Paul and Alpha McCrickard. Surviving are his wife of 47 years, Shirley McCrickard; brother and sister-in-law, William Delano (Nancy) McCrickard; sisters, Leitha Davis, Nettie (Robert) Martin; sister-in-law, Betty (Janie) Cannaday; mother-in-law, Margaret Miller; several nieces and nephews. Mr. McCrickard retired from Georgia Pacific with 36 years of service. Funeral services will be conducted from Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren 11 a.m. Monday with Pastor Michael Gallimore and Rev. Glenn McCrickard officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Flowers will be accepted or donations may be made to Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren. His family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Sunday at Boones Chapel Church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
