Lelia Bell Wilcher, age 69 of Rocky Mount passed away Sunday, November 1, 2015. Surviving are her loving husband and lifelong friend, Dickie Wilcher; children, Lisa Becerra (Smiley), Dickie Lee Wilcher (Amber), Stephen Wilcher (Shirley), Norma Becerra (Manuel), Dwayne Shively (Debra), Donna Wilcher; grandchildren, Timothy Wheat, Alberico Garcia, Jr., Christopher Garcia, Brittany Garcia and Bradley Simmons, Ashley Wilcher, Austin Wilcher, Amber Gillespie, Autumn Wilcher, Brandon Carson, Danielle Ledbetter, Kaitlyn Wilcher, Cody Wilcher, Caleb Wilcher, Tiffany Gillespie, Miranda Thompson; six great-grandchildren; special friend, Linda Scalf; numerous other family and friends. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel 11 a.m. Wednesday. Interment will follow in Mill Creek Cemetery. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
