Lillie L. Noel, age 79 of Rocky Mount passed away on Wednesday, April 24, 2019. Funeral services will be conducted at Faith Fellowship, 11:00 a.m. Saturday, April 27, 2019 with Pastor Gary Hoffman officiating. Interment will follow in the Noel Family Cemetery. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
