Linda Faye Anderson

Linda F. Miller Anderson, age 69 of Penhook died Wednesday, May 1, 2019 at Carilion Roanoke Memorial Hospital. She was born June 24, 1949 a daughter of the late Lester and Ruth Lyall Miller. She was also preceded in death by her husband of 39 years, Robert C. Anderson; brothers and sisters, Bruce Miller, Milta Bowlin, Bobbie Moore, Dare Porter, Edith Bowlin, Lorene Brown and Jimmy Miller. Surviving are her children, Terry Anderson and wife Brenda, Amy Fletchall and husband Ralph, David Anderson, Jeff Anderson and wife, Tamera, Susan Keziah and husband Charles, Sharon Shumate; 12 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; brothers and sister, Lee Miller, Gary Miller, Louise Byerly; a host of nieces and nephews; and special friend, Ingrid Clark. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. A memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Saturday at Boones Chapel Church of the Brethren with Pastor Mike Gallimore officiating. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
