Linda Connie Craighead

Our Beloved Linda Craighead age 66 of Callaway went to be with her Lord on Saturday February 21, 2015. She was preceded in death by her parents, Ralph and Trudy Craighead. She is survived by one sister and brother-in-law, Carol and Marshall Hodges of Callaway; three brothers and sisters-in-law, James and Lilly Craighead of Callaway, Everette and Pat Craighead of Verona, Gene and Joy Craighead of Callaway; numerous nieces and nephews. She also blessed the lives of many special friends including Jane Gilley, Lori Wray, Lois Carr and Earline Altice. Her childlike heart was an example to all she knew as she showed love and acceptance to all of God?s children. Funeral services will be held at Flora Funeral Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Tuesday, February 24, 2015 with Rev. Barry Sink and Rev. Gene Craighead officiating. Interment will follow in Monte Vista Church Cemetery. Flowers will be accepted or memorials may be made to Monte Vista Church of the Brethren, 25 Wades Gap Road, Callaway, VA 24067. Her family will receive 6-8 p.m. Monday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
