Lorie Beth Hale Perdue

Lorie Beth Hale Perdue, age 44 of Wirtz passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, February 8, 2018. She was preceded in death by her mother, Vicki D. Long; step-father, Aubrey Long; grandmother, Joyce Hale; grandfather, Raymon Hale, Sr.; aunt, Susie Overfelt; uncle, Raymon Hale, Jr.; cousin; Raymon Hall. She is survived by her children, Tyler Hale-Camp and Katelynn Austin; brothers, Michael Wayne Roope (Cathy), Billy Hudson (Cynthia), Timmy Crowder (Debbie); nieces and nephews, Hannah Roope, Hollie Roope, Emily Roope, Amanda Roope, Mikey Roope, Amber Hudson, Brooke Hudson; aunts and uncles, John Hale, Sr.(Pat), Nina Huffman, Lelia (Peanut) Jewell (Edward), Michael Hale. Her family request in lieu of flowers donations be made to Carilion Hospice of Franklin County. A celebration of her life will be held on Saturday, March 10, 2018 beginning at 2:00 p.m. at Crossroads Community Church, 614 Bonbrook Mill Road, Rocky Mount, Virginia 24151. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
