Louise Mitchell Hurt
Louise Mitchell Hurt age 79, of Rocky Mount passed away Tuesday morning July 14, 2009. She was preceded in death by her husband Clarence H. Hurt, a son, Wesley H. Hurt and sister, Nadine Meeks. Surviving are two sons and daughters-in-law Oney and Roxie, Bobby and Pam, one daughter and son-in-law Ann and Wally Richardson, grandchildren Brian Hurt, Kevin Hurt, Beth Garcia, Faye Berumen, Monica Hurt, Travis Hurt, five great-grandchildren, her sister Lena Young, two brothers Hubert Mitchell, Virgil Mitchell and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2:00 p.m. Thursday with Rev. Dan Agee and Rev. Alvin Nunley officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will be receiving friends 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street Rocky Mount. wwwflorafuneralservice.com
