Sink Sr.; her father, John Danford Moreland; her mother, Tina Mae Moreland; three brothers; infant, John D. Moreland Jr., G. L. Moreland and Dwight Moreland. Lula Mae had a passion and love of gardening. She loved to sit down with the seed catalogs that came out in January and February and plan her garden for that year. She enjoyed canning the things she harvested from her garden. It gave her a sense of accomplishment, as she worked hard to provide for her family. Lula Mae and her husband Terry Sr. were the patriarchs of Sink Farms established in 1964. They operated it as a beef cattle operation. She has attended Community Holiness Church and even when she was so weak she could barely walk, she still went to church to worship her Lord! She was a loving mother and will be greatly missed. Interment will follow in Sink-Moreland Family Cemetery. Her family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Friday at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
