Luvenia Agnes Surface, age 85 of Boones Mill, died Sunday, June 15, 2008.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Charles Surface and Lula C.S. Dalton; her husbands, Bud Bernard and Thomas H. Pugh; three brothers; one sister; and son-in-law, Melvin Bowles.
Surviving to cherish her memory are her daughter, Shirley Bowles; one sister, Pearl Jones; several nieces and nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted from Franklin Memorial Park 11 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Mike Lawhorne officiating.
