Makenzie Haven Everson

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Makenzie Haven Everson, born on October 30, 2016, in Roanoke, VA. Makenzie passed away on Saturday, February 8, 2025, in Rocky Mount, VA, leaving behind a legacy of love and memories. Makenzie was the beloved child of Summer Marie Moore Everson and Michael Eugene Everson. In addition to her parents, survivors include grandmother, Debbie Darlene Patsel; brother, Ciara "Quinton" Everson and his fiancé Karissa "Rain" Wildrick; sister, Shylynn Miracle Everson; as well as multiple aunts, uncles, and special cousins. During her time on this earth, Makenzie brought joy and laughter to those around her. She was a social butterfly and friend to all. She had a smile that brightened the world around her. She will be forever missed by friends and family. May Makenzie Haven Everson, a Princess and Jelly Belly, rest in peace, knowing that she was loved and cherished by so many.
