Marcella Ingram

Marcella Ingram, age 88 of Ferrum passed away Friday, December 27, 2013 in High Point, NC. She was a member of Mill Creek Baptist Church where she loved teaching Sunday School for many years. She was a devoted wife and mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. Mrs. Ingram was preceded in death by her husband, Grady Ingram; brother, John Dickerson; sister, Pearl Dickerson; and twin, Margie Smith. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Georgeanne Ingram; granddaughters, Laura Ellis (Matt), Meghan Ingram, Marci Ingram, Hunter Johnson; great-granddaughter, Emma Grace Ellis; brother-in-law, H.D. Ingram; several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Monday with Rev. Tom Teems officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service on Monday at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
