Marjorie Jeanette Cook

Marjorie Jeanette Cook-Larsen daughter and youngest sibling to Jennie & John Larsen and 12 older siblings, devoted wife to Keith Creed Cook and beloved mother, grandmother and great grandmother passed on into God hands on Mothers day, Sunday May 11, 2014 at the age of 84 yrs.

Mom proudly served our country as both a US Marine and Director of Personell for the USDA. Her devotion to her work & country was matched only by her love for God, family & friends.

Mom/MeMa is lovingly survived by her 5 Children, 8 Grand children 4 great grand children:

Kirsten Logan, and her children Zacharie Hennard, Justin Hennard, wife Ginny Hennard sons' Sonny James and Rowland Sage

Monte & Vicki Cook and their children Paul Cook and fiance Caroline Bellis Lane Cook, wife Chekka Lash and daughter Caretta Grace Cook

Torri & Rob Morley and their children Cashmere, Nicholas

Tony & Jen Cook and their son Sawyer Creed Cook

Kyle & Cornellia Cook and their daughter Haley Gabrielle Cook

She will be buried in her family cemetery along side her husband Keith in the town she grew up in, Newell Iowa. Memorial services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2014. Her family will receive friends beginning at 10:00 a.m. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount, VA.
