Martha Stilton Beeghly

Martha Stilton Beeghly, age 80 of Rocky Mount died Sunday, July 17, 2016. She was born in West Virginia on November 26, 1935. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Herman Lee Stilton; second husband; Marvin Beeghly; son, Wesley Stilton; daughter; Donna Sloan, brother William Spence; granddaughter Kimberly and two great-granddaughters. Surviving are three daughters, Carolyn Swihart (Darren), Teresa Parks (Mike), Michelle Bradley (Eugene) and son, Roger Stilton; grandchildren, Henry (Amy), Justin, Crystal, Jessica, Conrad, Darell, Melissa, Ben, Jr., T.J, Brandy (Nathan), Valerie, Lee and Darrin II; nine great-grandsons, and four great- granddaughters along with many others that know her as “Granny”. Funeral services will be conducted at Rocky Mount First Church of the Brethren 2:00 p.m. Thursday, July 21, 2016 with Pastor John Collins and Rev. Anthony Adams officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park. Arrangements by Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
