Martha Ann Naff

Martha Ann Peake Naff, 80, of Rocky Mount, VA passed away Sunday, May 28, 2017. She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank & Martha Peake; and husband, Euell Walker Naff, all of Rocky Mount, VA. She was a life-long member of Rocky Mount United Methodist Church where she also served as a coordinator of the Church Prayer Chain & member of the choir. Martha Ann was an avid NASCAR fan, enjoyed reading books, obtained a large mountain climbing book collection, and was an animal lover (especially wolves). She will always be remembered for her sense of humor & friendly smile. Survivors include her son & daughter-in-law, Leighton & Melissa Naff of Lexington, KY; brother & sister-in-law Frank Jr & Genie Peake of Fletcher, NC. Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, May 31 ^st at Rocky Mount United Methodist Church with Rev. Will Waller officiating. Interment will follow in High Street Cemetery. The family will receive friends following the interment at a reception held at the church. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Building Fund of the Rocky Mount United Methodist Church, 35 North Main Street, Rocky Mount, Va. 24151.
