Mary Rigney Dillon, age 65 of Wirtz, passed away Friday, February 27, 2009.
She was born April 29, 1943 a daughter of the late Acie and Connie Mae Rigney. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Floyd Dillon.
Surviving are her daughter and son-in-law, Penny and Frank Basham (Davis); boyfriend of 16 years, James Hodges (cathead); grandchildren, Michelle Miller (Mike), Nikki Basham, Dustin Basham; great-grandchildren, Austin, Telle, Lydia and Emmaleigh; brother, Herbert (Margaret) Rigney; and sisters, Winona (Herman) Smith, Janice (Eugene) Blankenship, Paulette (A.C.) Law, Jewell Rigney.
Funeral services RESCHEDULED FOR 11:00 A.M. TUESDAY from Flora Funeral Chapel with Rev. Ronald Coleman officiating. Interment will follow in the Jones Family Cemetery.
Friends may call after 3 p.m. Sunday with her family receiving friends from 6-8 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, Rocky Mount.
