Mary Lou Fralin of Rocky Mount passed away Tuesday September 22, 2009, after a courageous battle with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma. She loved life to the fullest. Mary Lou was a faithful wife, homemaker and avid seamstress. Mary Lou was born October 4, 1937, and was preceded in death by her only son, Silas Daniel Fralin and her father Willie D. Weaver. She is survived by her faithful and devoted husband of fifty-five years Carlton W. Fralin; her children and spouses, Susan Edwards and Cecil, Becky Silvey and Carl, Rachael Woods and Mark; her grandchildren, Jacob Fralin, Emily Edwards, Brett and Samantha Fralin, Nicholas Silvey, Olivia Woods and Mandy Silvey; her mother, Ruby Hodges Weaver; her brothers, Bobby and Billy Weaver; devoted cousin, Wanda Arrington; numerous nieces and nephews, cousins, sisters-in-law and brothers-in-law. She was a faithful servant to Jehovah and a member of Jehovah’s Witnesses for 35 years. Private graveside service will be conducted at a later date. The family request no flowers. Contributions may be made to her family or a charity of choice.
