Mary "Polly" Law Bowles

Mary Law Bowles “Polly”, age 90 of Rocky Mount, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021. She was preceded in death by her parents, Joseph Robert Law and Sadie Bousman Law; two sisters, Shirley Law Self and Rosalyn Law Huston; and three brothers, James Cecil Law, Joseph Stanford Law, and Perry Boothe Law. Surviving are her husband of 69 years, George Renford Bowles “Renny” sister, Rita Law Major (Ken); brother, Thomas Creed Law (Claudine); sister-in-law, Jeanette Bowles Arrington and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be conducted at Flora Funeral Chapel, 2:00 p.m. Monday, May 3, 2021 with Minister Ted Clifton officiating. Interment will follow at Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to be made to Forrest Hill Christian Church or Snow Creek Rescue Squad.
