Mary Lois Turner Hall, age 78 of Rocky Mount died Monday, March 10, 2008.
Mrs. Hall was a longtime active member of Rocky Mount Baptist Church and was employed by Kittengers Drug Store for many years and retired from Carilion Franklin Memorial Hospital.
She loved her family and always enjoyed their company.
She was the daughter of the late Noah Wilton and Nannie Kate Robertson Turner.
She was also preceded in death by her husband, Ira Eunice Hall; brother, Kenneth Turner; niece, Nina Ozmore; nephew, Chris Turner.
Surviving are her brothers and sisters-in-law, Glenwood and Barbara Turner, Patoskala, Ohio, Rev. Larry and Jean Turner, Richmond, E.T. Turner, Moneta, Becky Turner, Rocky Mount; brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, Polly Hall, Sidney and Betsy Hall, Sally Sink, Alvin and Virginia Hall and Judy Hall; also Shelly Short and daughter, Haley; numerous nieces, nephews, grand nieces and grand nephews.
Graveside services will be conducted from Franklin Memorial Park 11 a.m. Thursday with Dr. Jack Corvin officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to Rocky Mount Baptist Church, 85 West Church Street, Rocky Mount, VA 24151.
Visitation will be private.
