Michael Gordon Preston, age 61 of Rocky Mount, died Friday, October 10, 2008.
He was born on September 10, 1947 a son of the late Gordon T. and Jewell Tyree Preston.
He is survived by ten cousins and many friends.
Graveside services will be conducted from Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church Cemetery 2 p.m. Tuesday with Rev. Liz Lazenby officiating.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church, c/o Angie Weddle, 2300 McNeil Mill Road, Rocky Mount, Va. 24151.
