Mildred F. Anderson

Mildred F. Anderson, age 86 of Rocky Mount died Sunday, October 20, 2013. She was a member of Bethlehem United Methodist Church and retired from E.I. DuPont in Martinsville. She was born August 19, 1927 a daughter of the late Monroe and Kate Anderson and was also preceded in death by her husband, Lewis Anderson; son, Roger Dale Anderson, Sr.; five brothers, William, Tillie, Jesse, Roy and Brady; and one sister, Elsie Evans. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Sherry Jean Anderson; grandson, Roger Dale Anderson, Jr.; sister and brother-in-law, Lillian and Bob Parcell; brother and sister-in-law, Floyd and Sandra Anderson; several nieces and nephews. Graveside services will be conducted from the Anderson Family Cemetery 11 a.m. Tuesday with Pastor Chris Bennett officiating. Her family will receive friends one hour prior at the graveside.
