Mildred Josephine Clark Flora

Mildred Josephine Clark Flora, age 90 of Rocky Mount passed away on Friday, November 10, 2017. Mrs. Flora was preceded in death by her first husband, Edgar LaPrade; second husband, Lloyd Flora; sons, William and Douglas LaPrade; daughters-in-law, Sandra J. LaPrade and Beatrice M.”B” LaPrade; four brothers; six sisters; and parents, Sidney Lewis and Lucy Payne Clark. She is survived by her son, James “Jim” LaPrade; sister, Joyce (Will) Young; daughter-in-law, Judy LaPrade; five grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren; two step-grandchildren; and three step-great-grandchildren. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2:00 p.m. Monday with Pastor Bruce Huffman officiating. Interment will follow in Franklin Memorial Park. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
