Millie Guilliams Furrow, age 94 of Callaway died Saturday, May 31, 2008 at her home. She was born July 20, 1913 a daughter of the late James Henry and Nettie Webb Furrow. She was also preceded in death by her husband, Alton Aldine Furrow; three sons, Richard Eugene Furrow, James Andrew Furrow and Jerry Cecil Furrow; five brothers; and five sisters. She is survived by her sons and daughters-in-law, Danny and Linda Furrow, Bill and Shelia Furrow; her grandchildren, Tina Prillaman, Kevin Furrow, Billy and Tia Furrow, Bobby Furrow, Katie McBride, Jeff and Rhonda Furrow, Danyell and Todd Boyd, Karen Furrow, Sylvia Chester, Carmen Furrow, Tony Furrow, Roy and Charlotte Furrow, Mike Furrow and a very special grandson and granddaughter-in-law, Ricky and Erline Furrow; 20 great-grandchildren including her special side-kicks, Emily Furrow, Cody Boyd and Crystal Furrow; three great-great-grandchildren; former daughter-in-law, Regina Furrow; numerous special nieces and nephews including Edith Jarrett, Sylvia Young, Magdalene Hodges and Rachael Orange. Mrs. Furrow is also survived by her dear family and friends of Ebenezer Baptist Church where she was a member for a number of years. Funeral services will be conducted from Ebenezer Baptist Church 11 a.m. Tuesday, June 3, 2008 with Dr. William R. Shively officiating. Interment will follow in Pigg River Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery. Friends may call after 3 p.m. Monday with her family receiving friends from 6 to 8 p.m. at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
