Minnie Kesler Murray

Minnie Kesler Murray, age 102 of Boones Mill went to be with her Lord and Savior on Monday, January 15, 2007. She was a life-long member of Boones Mill United Methodist Church. Mrs. Murray was preceded in death by her husband Lloyd Murray; one stepson; and her former husband Henry Thomas Eames. Surviving are her son and daughter-in-law, Bob and Sarah Eames, Boones Mill; her nieces, Frances Murray, Boones Mill, Katie Burger, Missouri and Edna Knight, Florida; two stepchildren; special friend, Dorothy Penn, Boones Mill. Funeral services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 11:00 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev. Elwood Carwile officiating. Interment will follow in Mountain View Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Boones Mill United Methodist Church, P. O. Box 288, Boones Mill, VA 24065. A special thanks to the West Wing Staff at Trinity Mission for all of their kindness and care. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service, 665 South Main Street, Rocky Mount.
