Mitzi Kay Morris-Beeman

Mitzi Kay Morris-Beeman, age 56 of Boulder, CO and formerly of Franklin County died Wednesday, September 29, 2010. She attended Marshall University and graduated from Atlanta School of Interior Design. She was a flight attendant with Eastern Airlines for 13 years. Mitzi was preceded in death by her mother, Dora Jane Metts Morris; and sister, Jane Metts Morris. Surviving are her daughter, Alyssa Beeman; and father, James H. Morris. Memorial services will be conducted from Flora Funeral Chapel 2 p.m. Sunday, October 10, 2010 with Minister Steve Pasley officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Glade Hill Rescue Squad, P.O. Box 82, Glade Hill, Virginia 24092. Her family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at Flora Funeral Service & Cremation Center, Rocky Mount.
